Every element of the design serves a purpose – to enhance, rather than distract from, the dining experience.
A key element of this carefully curated environment is its flooring. For Mana, only the finest materials would do. Bourne Wide Plank from our Project collection was selected to complement the restaurant’s minimalist yet welcoming aesthetic. Made from nature-grade European oak with a brushed texture, these planks offer a refined yet organic look. Their hardened oil finish provides durability, wear resistance, and a subtle sheen – perfect for a high-traffic space that sees movement as fluid and intentional as its menu.

Narrow herringbone blocks were arranged in a classic block basket weave pattern, creating a sense of movement and rhythm that resonates with the restaurant’s culinary philosophy. Bembridge’s natural grain and deliberately distressed texture adds depth and warmth to the venue, ensuring the floor remains a striking yet subtle backdrop for Skof’s exceptional dining experience.
